Acceptance of Terms

By using API Cost Monitor, you accept these terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

API Cost Monitor is a SaaS platform that allows you to:

• Monitor your AI API costs in real-time
• Analyze usage by model, project, and user
• Configure budget alerts
• Manage multiple API providers in a single dashboard

User Account

You are responsible for:

• The confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities performed through your account
• The accuracy of information provided
• Compliance with these terms of use

Payment and Subscription

Billing terms:

• Monthly billing: Automatic charge on the 1st of each month
• Payment methods: Credit card (via Stripe) or PayPal
• Refunds: Pro-rated refund within 14 days if unsatisfied
• Cancellation: Cancellation possible anytime, effective at end of period

API Key Usage

Regarding your API keys:

• Your keys are encrypted with AES-256
• Only our proxy can decrypt them temporarily
• We NEVER store prompts or API responses

Acceptable Use

It is prohibited to:

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Attempt to bypass your plan limits
• Reverse engineer the service
• Attack or overload our infrastructure
• Share your account with other users

Intellectual Property

All rights to the platform (code, design, brand) belong to API Cost Monitor. You retain rights to your data.

Limitation of Liability

API Cost Monitor is provided 'as is'. We are not responsible for API costs charged by providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription.

Termination

We may suspend your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms. Important changes will be notified 30 days in advance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Paris.
